Refund Policy

At AFTR Underwear, your satisfaction comes first. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund or an exchange.

Return conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear and intimate accessories can only be accepted if the hygiene seal is intact and the item has not been worn.

To start a return, contact our customer service team via the contact page. Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
